Very good service and quick responses. Unfortunately, there was a cracked fitting that was leaking water that we had to replace. This B140 puts down a lot more water with a larger arch than the B110. Make sure you have adequate water supply pressure or the reel speed will be limited.
The retiming YouTube video of my water reel was extremely helpful. I REALLY WISH I COULD HAVE HAD IT BEFORE I started my repair on it. I really hope I don't have to do this R &R again. Well, built peace of equipment easy to maneuver easy to set up. Best part is set it and forget it. reels itself in shut off automatically love the machine.
I have an older machine I purchased at auction two years ago. Working with Mike at Performance Reel, I was to get to the bottom of some frustrating problems with retrieval speed.Now my reel is back to showroom performance and my alfalfa and wife are loving it.
